

The standard cable gland at the bottom of the enclosure uses a split insert to provide a watertight seal around one or more cables. The enclosure is highly configurable, with air cooling and air curtain faceplate options. It is designed to protect the camera from impacts, dust, dirt, splashed water and idle hands. The 30D enclosure is a stainless steel and aluminium housing for inline style cameras. A pan and tilt base option is also available. Other options include glass or polycarbonate windows, air cooling, and an air curtain. The enclosure provides tool-less access to the camera and lens, and is available with either a standard PG29 drillable cord grip, or a bulkhead cable fitting for quick disconnect. It is especially useful for robot applications, and is small and light enough to be mounted on the arm or end effector. It accomodates lenses up to 74 mm in diameter.

The 32C series enclosure was developed for cameras up to 50 mm x 50 mm. This is effective in keeping dust, water and oil mists off the window. Other options include glass or acrylic windows, air cooling, and an air curtain option that blows a film of air over the outside of the viewing window. The enclosure provides tool-less access to the camera and lens, and is available with either a standard PG16 drillable cord grip, or a bulkhead cable fitting for quick disconnect. It accommodates lenses up to 48 mm in diameter. The 22C series enclosure was developed specifically for 30 mm x 30 mm cross-section miniature inline cameras.

Once the enclosure cover is removed, the user has full access to the lens, taking the guesswork out of changing focus and f-stop settings. The clear lens spacer allows the user to view the lens settings without opening the enclosure.
